下一组无需注册账号。训练计时、提醒和记录在设备上处理；App 没有广告、分析 SDK 或开发者自建的数据服务器，不会自动上传你的训练记录。
保存的数据与用途
本机保存休息设置、当前训练状态、最近 30 次训练记录，以及用于取消系统闹钟的标识。记录包含开始与结束时间、你点击记录的组数、休息及超时秒数；用于恢复计时和显示训练历史，不用于推断健康状况。
可选的 App 限制
只有你主动开启并允许屏幕使用时间权限后，才会保存系统选择器提供的 App / 网站标识，并使用系统的使用额度回调设置限制。标识和限制状态仅在本 App 的共享容器中供自己的扩展使用，不上传给开发者。App 不读取其他 App 的屏幕内容、消息、密码或浏览内容。
权限由你决定
普通通知、系统闹钟及实时活动用于组间提醒，可分别在系统设置管理。拒绝通知或闹钟仍可在前台计时。只有你主动选择存储分享图时，系统才可能请求添加照片权限；本 App 不读取照片，不申请通讯录、相机、麦克风、定位或健康数据权限。
停止 App 限制
可在训练页或限制画面选择“解除本次 App 限制”，计时和提醒会继续，本次不会自动重新限制。结束健身也会停止监测并解除本 App 的限制。还可在系统“屏幕使用时间”撤销本 App 的访问权限；撤销后仍可使用提醒模式。
Apple Watch 与主动分享
使用配套手表时，Apple WatchConnectivity 在已配对设备间传递当前训练时间、组数和控制指令；不传递所选 App 标识或浏览数据。分享图在 iPhone 本地生成，只有你在系统分享菜单主动选择其他 App 或服务后才会发送。请先检查预览。手表保留一份当前训练缓存，刷新后的手机状态会替换它。
保留与删除
训练历史最多保留最近 30 次。结束当前健身后，可在训练设置的“本机数据”清除训练记录；休息设置会保留。删除 App 可移除设备上的 App 数据。系统备份可能按你的设备设置保存副本，其管理方式由 Apple 的备份设置决定；本 App 不提供自己的云同步。
系统服务与主动反馈
通知、闹钟和实时活动由 Apple 的系统服务处理。打开支持网页或主动发送反馈时，网页服务或邮件服务会按各自的设置处理你主动提供的信息；App 不会自动附带训练记录或屏幕使用数据。
政策更新
若增加账号、网络分析、云同步或其他数据处理，发布前会更新本说明和商店隐私信息，并为需要授权的功能征得你的许可。

NextSet does not require an account. Timers, reminders and workout records are handled on your devices. The app has no ads, analytics SDKs or developer-operated data server. Your workout history is not automatically uploaded.
Data stored and why
This device stores rest settings, the current workout, the last 30 workout records and identifiers used to cancel system alarms. Records contain start and end times, sets recorded by your taps, rest time and extra rest. They restore timers and show history, and are not used to assess your health.
Optional app limits
Only after you enable limits and allow Screen Time access does NextSet store the private app and website tokens supplied by Apple's picker. System usage events activate limits. Tokens and limit state stay in the app's shared container for its own extensions. They are not uploaded to the developer. NextSet does not read other apps' screens, messages, passwords or browsing content.
You control permissions
Notifications, system alarms and Live Activities support rest reminders. Manage them in system settings. The foreground timer works without notification or alarm permission. The system may request permission to add a photo only when you choose to save a share image. NextSet does not read photos or request access to contacts, camera, microphone, location or health data.
Release app limits
Choose “Release app limits” on the workout or restriction screen. Timing and reminders continue and limits will not automatically return in this workout. Finishing the workout also stops monitoring and releases NextSet's limits. You can revoke access in Screen Time settings and still use reminders.
Apple Watch and sharing
If you use the watch companion, Apple WatchConnectivity sends the current workout's timing, set count and control commands between your paired devices. App-selection tokens and browsing data are not sent to the watch. Creating a share image happens on iPhone. An image is only sent to another app or service when you choose it in the system share sheet. Check the preview before sharing.
Retention and deletion
The last 30 workouts are kept. After ending a workout, delete history in Workout settings → On-device data; rest settings are kept. Deleting the app removes its local data. Device backups may contain copies depending on your Apple backup settings. NextSet has no developer-operated cloud sync. The watch keeps a cached current workout; a refreshed phone state replaces it.
System services and feedback
Apple system services handle notifications, alarms and Live Activities. If you open support pages or send feedback, those web or mail services handle the information you choose to provide. NextSet does not automatically attach workout history or screen usage data.

Before adding accounts, network analytics, cloud sync or other data handling, we will update this explanation and the App Store privacy information and request permission where needed.
